• Serendipity uses POS LAJU ONLY, as this is the most secure & fastest means of postage and is trackable.

• Please note that POS LAJU requires a signature and we are not able to control what time & date the delivery is made.

• Serendipity posts out packages Mon-Fri ONLY. No packages will be sent out on Saturdays.

• POS LAJU delivery may at times take up to 3-4 days to arrive and the tracking codes may not be updated by Pos Malaysia for the first 36 hours at least.

• Our POS LAJU rates are as follows :-

Purchases below RM150 in a single receipt; RM5.00 per POS LAJU delivery within Malaysia

Purchases above RM150 in a single receipt; FREE POS LAJU per delivery within Malaysia

DAMAGED/LOST GOODS

• Please note that Serendipity takes the utmost care in ensuring that all items sold are in good condition prior to postage. As such, we will not be held responsible for any damage to goods incurred during postage/handling via POS LAJU.

• Serendipity will also not be held responsible should any package/s be tampered with or lost during postage/handling via POS LAJU.
