- To purchase an item, please press the ‘Add to Cart’ button to put it into your shopping basket. You can then either ‘Continue Shopping’ or proceed straight to ‘CheckMeOut’ to complete your purchase. There is no limit to the amount of items you can place in your shopping basket.
- Once you proceed to ‘CheckMeOut’, please review your order to ensure it is correct as we do not provide refunds nor make exchanges. If you’d like to adjust the quantity of any item, please re-enter the required quantity into the box provided and click update. The ‘CheckMeOut’ page will automatically refresh to reflect your new order.
- Please enter any relevant Coupon Code that you may have into the box provided and click update. The ‘CheckMeOut’ page will automatically refresh to reflect your new total sum. (Please note that in the event that a non-relevant Coupon Code is entered but the page still refreshes to reflect it, a superseding email titled ‘Non-relevant coupon code’ will be sent to you reflecting the correct billing amount minus the coupon. At this time, coupon codes are only valid for purchases of 3 or more lip tars)
- When you are happy with your order, please scroll down the page to enter your billing/contact & postage details. If your postage address is the same as your contact/billing address, check the ‘Postage address same as billing address?’ box. Kindly double check your details to ensure you have provided the correct information as we will not be held responsible for misinformation which may result in your order not being properly processed.
- Once you are satisfied, please select a payment gateway. If you wish to make payment into either our Maybank or CIMB account, select the ‘Manual Payment’ button. If you wish to make payment via Credit Card, please select the ‘Credit Card’ button. Once you have chosen your payment method, press the ‘Make Purchase’ button. An automated ‘Transaction Results’ page will then be generated detailing your order summary.
- An email titled ‘Order pending: Payment required’ will be sent to your email address with our Maybank & CIMB bank account details for manual payment.
- Please note that if a purchase is not paid within a week of placing an order, the order will be cancelled and the item/s will be released back onto Serendipity’s website.
- For international orders, please use the International Order Form located in the RTR tab. Please note that we only accept Credit Card transactions for international orders.
