Pay
- Payment via credit card (Visa and Mastercard) is done via MOLPAY (formerly known as NBePay), a secure online payment gateway. After checkout, you will be directed to the NBePay site to enter your details. Serendipity DOES NOT keep any record of your credit card details.
- Manual payments must be banked into either our Maybank OR CIMB bank accounts. Bank account details will be sent via email after checkout.
- Please note that we will not absorb interbank transfer charges. Therefore, should charges be applied to your interbank payment transaction, the total deposited must be Serendipity’s invoice total + the interbank charges.
- Please ensure the exact amount is paid, as we stand by a NO CHANGE REFUND policy. We will NOT post out cash with goods bought no matter how small the amount.
- VERIFICATION – Upon making payment, please fill in and submit the ‘Paid’ form that can be found HERE.
- Please note that we will NOT be able to process & post orders out unless we receive your ‘Paid’ form.
- Once we receive your form & verify receipt of payment, we shall post out the purchased item/s within 48 hours and email you the tracking number.
