For purchases requiring shipping outside Malaysia, kindly follow the instructions below.

PLACING AN ORDER

1. Simply fill out the order form appended below.
2. You will need to specify product, description/colour & quantity. Please only key in 1 product per field. For example - 

    • Item #1 Egyptian Magic Cream x 2
    • Item #2 STEAMCREAM Marchen x 1
    • Item #3 OCC Lip Tar Anime x 1
    • Item#4 UNII Palette Black x 1 

3. Choose your preferred shipping method
4. Press submit.
5. You will receive a reply email confirming your order, total payment due inclusive shipping & a link to our payment gateway within 24 hours.
6. If you’d like to proceed with your purchase, simply click the credit card payment gateway link and follow the on screen instructions.
7. Please note that we only accept Credit Card payments for international orders. Our chosen credit card payment gateway is MOLPay (Formerly known as NBePay) MOLPay, being one of Malaysia’s top online payment gateways is highly reputable and safe. Serendipity: Cult Beauty Discoveries does NOT keep any record of your credit card details.
8. Upon payment, MOLPay will email you of your successful transaction.
9. Once payment has been verified, your order will be shipped within 48 hrs and you will receive an email informing you of the same.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS
We provide 2 shipping methods for International Orders

  1. Registered Mail (Only available for Countries in the Zone A: ASEAN & Zone C: ASIA PACIFIC regions listed below)
  2. Pos Laju International (Pos Laju is Pos Malaysia’s courier service for all other shipping destinations)

Please note that for purchases of RM500 & over, we ONLY ship via Pos Laju International regardless of the destination.

REGISTERED MAIL

  1. Please note that registered mail is NOT TRACKABLE. For applicable Countries, if you choose the registered mail option, please note that Serendipity will not be held responsible, nor do we offer any store credit, refunds or replacement of goods should your package get lost.
  2. Requires a signature upon delivery 
  3. Approximate shipping time is 7 – 10 business days
  4. Approximate shipping charges are as follows

250 – 500 grams: RM25.00
500 – 750 grams: RM34.00
750 – 1000 grams: RM43.00

DAMAGED/LOST GOODS

  • Please note that Serendipity takes the utmost care in ensuring that all items sold are in good condition prior to shipping. As such, we will not be held responsible for any damage to goods incurred during postage/shipping & handling.
  • Serendipity will also not be held responsible should any package/s be tampered with or lost during postage/shipping/handling and we do not offer any store credit, refunds or replacement of goods on purchased/shipped goods.
  • Any duties/taxes imposed upon arrival in the destination country will be borne in full by the purchaser.
